OPPORTUNITIES

The Paterson Arts Council (PAC) was formed to continue and strengthen the efforts and volunteerism that have made the annual Paterson Art Walk a much-anticipated and highly successful event.  PAC was incorporated as a non-profit corporation within the State of New Jersey according to the filing requirements of the NJ Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue. PAC's corporate ID number is  0400303215.  PAC also maintains the necessary Employer Identification Number (EIN) and is completing its due diligence for filing and documentation under federal IRS determinations of tax exempt organizations.  As many know, this is a long and detailed process and is being completed and coordinated with attorney and professional accounting review.  Previously, PAC had difficulty with the web design for the www.patersonartscouncil.org site. However, PAC has actively worked to remove errors that may have appeared and provide appropriate and accurate corrections.  The entire volunteer Board of Paterson Arts Council continues to work diligently to comply with non-profit standards and looks forward to the bright future of the Paterson arts community and the Paterson Art Walk.
